Every country will be twinned with another to form a partnership. The development agents will organise exchange programmes for local actors.These exchanges of expertise help create a productive environment in which to collect and pool the experience gained from the exchanges.With efficiency in mind, the partners selected a special theme to focus each exchange on. 2. MIREC, BELGIUM AND INFORCOOP, ITALY
A programme to help intergrate both handicapped and underprivlaged persons back into the workforce. This is a general programme, which provides these people with the opportunity to work-through their problems and prepare them with the necessary skills for the workforce.
Provide these people with interim work in order to help create a smoother transition into the workforce.
Offer entreprenuership councelling to promote self employment.
To improve social integration of young people and women into the workforce.
To facilitate the access to the job market for isolated or marginalised populations living in rural areas or urban areas whom are experiencing specific difficulties.
To promote professional mobility, management of human resources and life long training.
To promote the development of the third sector to allow more jobs to be created.
To develop the acccesability of employment for disabled workers.
